Shipping, Handling and Refund Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
In stock items ship within 2-3 days via United States Postal Service. Custom Order ships 1-2 weeks unless we notify you via e-mail. Angels and shopping cart handle covers ship First Class. All other items ship Priority Mail. If you have any questions on shipping charges or would prefer to use another carrier, please feel free to e-mail us.
REFUND POLICY
Clearance Sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
ALL SALES FINAL.
If not completely satisfied, we will gladly refund the purchase price of your item returned to us provided we receive it back in the same condition sent to you. Any charges incurred in the processing of your order will also be deducted from your purchase price. We do not pay return shipping fees or accept C.O.D. returns.
Please notify your intent to return before shipping the item back. Request must be received within 14 days of our shipping date. All items are subject to inspection with refunds issued after inspection.
If any item is damaged or broken upon arrival, again, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Damaged items will be replaced or a refund will be issued. Return shipping, for damaged items, would be through the USPS and we will refund shipping charges on damaged return only. |
